These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Calivia Co. By buying from this website you agree to them. We have kept them in plain English on purpose.

2. What we sell
We sell digital products: printable planners, guided journals, prompt libraries and similar downloadable files, supplied as PDFs. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Product descriptions state what each file contains, including page counts and the number of prompts or worksheets. We aim to describe every product accurately and never to overstate what is inside.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Flutterwave, our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is complete when payment is confirmed by Flutterwave and your download is released. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where we suspect fraud, or where a product has been withdrawn.
Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are set by your bank, are not received by us, and cannot be refunded by us.
4. Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once your payment is verified, a download link is released to you on screen. Links remain valid for 7 days from purchase, and you should save the file to your own device within that period. If your link expires before you save the file, we will send it again at no charge.
5. Licence to use our products
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:
- Download the file and keep it for your own use
- Print as many copies as you like for yourself or your household
- Use it for your own personal or internal business purposes
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the file or its contents
- Upload it to any file-sharing service, group, forum or website
- Claim authorship of it, or present it as your own work
- Reproduce it commercially, in whole or in substantial part, including as part of another product you sell
We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in our products. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, purchases of instantly delivered digital goods are final, but we will re-send your file or refund you in full if it fails to download, will not open, is the wrong product, is materially different from its description, or if you were charged twice.
7. Important disclaimers
Please read this section carefully, particularly if you are buying one of our wellbeing or financial products.
Wellbeing products are not treatment
The Guided Anxiety Journal, the ADHD Focus & Anxiety Planner and the Calm & Focus Bundle are self-guided tools. They are a companion to professional support, never a replacement for it. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or therapy, and we are not licensed clinicians. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a qualified mental health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
Money products are not financial advice
The Budget & Money Reset Planner is an organisational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or debt advice, and we are not regulated financial advisers. Decisions about your money remain yours, and you should seek qualified advice where the stakes warrant it.
AI toolkits
Our AI products supply prompts and frameworks for use with third-party AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their output, availability, pricing or terms. Anything an AI produces should be checked by you before you rely on it, and you remain responsible for what you submit to employers, clients or anyone else.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise any particular result from using our products, including employment, income, financial improvement or changes in wellbeing. Results depend on your circumstances and effort.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are supplied "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, for saving your file within the download period, and for keeping your copy secure and not sharing it.
10. Privacy
We collect only what we need to process your order and support you: your name, your email address and your order details. Card details are handled entirely by Flutterwave and never reach us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. If you join our mailing list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email caliviaco@gmail.com.
11. Availability of the website
We aim to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or withdraw products at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect your right to a copy you have already purchased.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. The date below shows when this page was last revised.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. If you are buying as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your own country.
