To help us find your order quickly, please include:

- The product name
- The approximate date of purchase
- What went wrong, and whether you would prefer the file re-sent or a refund

Working hours and response times
Calivia Co. is a small independent business. Messages sent over the weekend or on a Nigerian public holiday are answered on the next working day. If your download has failed and you need the file urgently, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
